Bright Point removes complexity & helps you receive the funding assistance that you are entitled to

Working with some of Australia’s largest national healthcare & ‘Home Care Package Service’ providers, Bright Point is able to assist those who are eligible to receive funding support for their home modification project. We can assist in putting you in contact with the appropriate entities to advise you on matters such as which support program you may be eligible for, and facilitate the lodgement of necessary paperwork. Below is a list of the key bodies that provide support programs to assist with the funding of Home Modification projects.

My Aged Care

My Aged Care is the Australian Government's starting point for those starting their aged care journey.

My Aged Care offers a range of programs to help fund services including home modifications and maintenance for people aged 65+ (or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders) on a pension.

The ‘Commonwealth Home Support Programme’ provides entry level support, whilst ‘Home Care Packages’ are designed for those with more complex care needs.
